These are provided as additional benefits and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or introduce new add-ons at any time without prior notice.

Refund Eligibility: A refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The learner is unable to access the course due to device incompatibility or other technical reasons not related to our platform, and
  • The learner has not accessed even a single second of the video content, and
  • The learner has not downloaded or accessed any add-on materials, such as the Trending Product List.
If any of the above conditions are not met, the refund request will not be eligible for consideration.

Account Misuse Policy: In the event of suspicious activity, such as sharing login credentials with others or attempting to provide multiple users with access to the course content, our team reserves the right to permanently block the account. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

No Refund on Content Expectations Post-Purchase: The full course curriculum and topics are clearly outlined prior to purchase. Once enrolled, requesting a refund on the grounds that a specific topic is not covered—despite the information being publicly available beforehand—will not be considered a valid reason for refund.
